Herbert has been accompanying and advising companies on all aspects of communication for over 25 years. He has broad knowledge of brand management, is familiar with many industries and has already worked for brands such as Volkswagen, Canon, Edeka, Annemarie Börlind and JVC. In his role as managing owner at Glanzer und Partner, he is primarily an impetus and pacesetter for the team and clients. With foresight and a sure instinct.

In addition to his degree from the Stuttgart Media University, Herbert’s extensive practical experience was the basis for a successful career in communications: Through stations at Opel in Rüsselsheim, EDS Electronic Data Systems, St. Louis (USA) and Volkswagen UK, Milton Keynes (GB), he is familiar with processes in corporate marketing at both national and international level, but also knows the processes at medium-sized companies in the print and media industry. He gained extensive agency experience in creation and consulting, especially internationally – among others BMP DDB, London (GB) and Keating Magee Long Advertising, New Orleans (USA).

Herbert therefore knows exactly how to overcome crisis situations and open up horizons with new ideas and team spirit. Last but not least, his experience as an officer of the armed forces helps him here – only those who lead the way and pull their comrades-in-arms along will reach their goal. In the unlikely event that you don’t reach him: look for him in the off-road park, on the race track or at the Briilinger Fasnet. But even then, he answers the phone.

He always wanted to know everything about communication – how to do it and what it’s all about. Therefore, his 15 years of professional experience combine the expertise of a graphic designer, conceptual designer and consultant. And because he not only speaks the language of the creative, but very likely yours as well, he navigates you safely to your destination.

Artem does not want to wait. He has been trying, experimenting, sharpening his skills and breathing the creative business since day 1 of his designer training at the Berufskolleg in Siegen in 2007 until he graduated in communication science at the University of Hohenheim in 2017 and on. In between, there is also a 2-year employment as a graphic designer in an agency and a 7-year school of freelancing – in Germany-wide projects with a focus on brand and digital presence. Little print, but also.

As Director Consulting at Glanzer und Partner, Artem also knows how to strike the right balance between strategic persistence and pragmatic follow-through. Andrea is our creative wonder woman. At the renowned Gutenberg School, she learned en detail everything about colors, imaging, corporate design and campaigns. Her first small stints in even smaller design forges whetted her appetite for more. This is how she came to Glanzer und Partner back in the early 1990s. And stayed. At least until the call for free work came to them. But she has always remained loyal to the agency. Until the day when we wanted to have her all and only for us again. We are still very happy about that.

From the pike on classical craft, about the constant change and technical changes Andrea has never been put off. She has always been open to new things, even if she would rather not replace a running system. And when it comes to new learning such as film editing, she just learns and edits. Also award-winning commercials. Whether it’s photo productions overseas or days-long shoots in the studio, her eye sees that certain something and translates it for the campaigns.

Since no other profession felt so much like a calling to Andrea, she just kept creating wonderful campaigns. Along the way, she had her two children. Her hobbies had to take a back seat. But weather permitting, you’ll find her on a standup board exploring rivers and bodies of water throughout Europe. And in doing so, gets a free head for many more creative ideas and solutions.

Oliver, who still learned the historic profession of advertising salesman, always preferred to conceive and perfect words, sentences and texts. Thus, he has experienced the most diverse stations in his curriculum vitae. Self-employed as PR professional and producer for RTL, firmly in Italian hands as editor and chief of staff at Sportswear International in Milan and many freelance years for Unilever, Bauer Verlag and AIDA Cruises. He often talks a lot. But he also very often has very good ideas.

Classical training, wild career and always an advanced training. Creativity paired with background knowledge are his trump cards. Curiosity drove him into a wide variety of jobs in a wide variety of media fields. TV, web, film, radio, print are just the biggest examples. As a producer and editor for RTL, he created on-air promotions for n-tv and DW-TV. Photo productions in Milan with international models didn’t faze him, and 360° campaigns are still his favorite to text.

Our import from Hamburg feels very much at home in Stuttgart. Not only because he has long since reached the 50,000 mark on Instagram with his dogfluencer ‘Bob the Chocolatelab’. In his private life, he also enjoys working on concepts for television series or writing his novel. He gets a clear head for this during his excursions into nature. He says of himself, “My life hasn’t been a short story for a long time.”
